After School 2008 DVD

Storyline!

Set within the isolated world of an elite boarding school, After School (2008) follows Robert, a withdrawn and socially awkward student who spends much of his time in online media and digital technology. When he accidentally captures on video the final moments of admired twin senior classmates dying from poisoned drugs, he finds himself at the center of a disturbing event that exposes the emotional disconnect and superficial relationships surrounding him.

As the school struggles to respond, Robert becomes increasingly entangled in questions of guilt, responsibility, and the impact of modern media on human connection. Directed by Antonio Campos, this thought-provoking psychological drama offers a haunting look at youth, isolation, and the desensitizing effects of technology in contemporary society.

After School is a critically acclaimed independent film that combines suspenseful storytelling with powerful social commentary, making it a compelling watch for fans of psychological dramas and coming-of-age cinema.
