Storyline!
In airplane Movie 1980 , Ted Stryker, an injured former fighter pilot, is grief-stricken after a failed mission during World War II and discovers that his old love and flight attendant, Elaine Dickinson, is no longer flying. Determined to win her back, Ted boards a domestic flight from Los Angeles to Chicago, only to get severe food poisoning on the plane that threatens everyone’s lives. Now with most of the passengers and the entire cockpit crew suffering from food poisoning, Stryker has no choice but to face his inner demons and take control of a runaway plane with the help of a malevolent air traffic controller. And his former commander. Will Dead Striker be able to land the plane and save the passengers?
