Storyline!

Andy “Brink” Brinker leads a group of inline skaters who oppose corporate funding, arguing that skating should be done for pleasure rather than profit. However, as Brink’s family faces financial difficulties, he is persuaded to abandon his ideals and join a funded team headed by the arrogant Val. Brink’s friends are taken aback by his decision, not understanding why he made it. Brink’s peers are taken aback by his decision and collectively shun him before he reveals his true inspiration.
