Storyline!
Maya is a freelance lawyer who, following a little setback, has been utilizing the Casillas Panadera as her unofficial office for the past few years while residing in the apartment above her parent’s garage. Since she worked there as a youngster alongside her high school crush, Alejandro “Alex” Casillas, the attractive nephew of the owner, the Mexican bakery has maintained a special place in her heart. Whether or not Maya wants his assistance, Alex chooses to go back home to spend one final Christmas in the bakery and assist Maya in finding a buyer when Alex’s uncle begs her to assist him in selling the bakery.
