Storyline!
Jesse McLean, a 16-year-old skilled snowboarder who lives in the Rocky Mountains with his older brother David, a park ranger. After their father, a skilled rescue pilot, tragically dies in a helicopter accident, Jesse struggles to cope with his loss.
One day, while exploring the mountains, Jesse discovers an injured wolf that survived a brutal attack by a ruthless hunter named Roy McLean (no relation). Jesse names the wolf Silver and secretly nurses it back to health, despite warnings that wild animals should not be tamed.
