Storyline!
Sam Marsh (Dennehy), a hard-drinking, cynical truck driver in West Africa. He is hired by Grace Danet (Adams), an idealistic young doctor, to transport her to town to procure medical supplies for a tribe afflicted with cholera. Despite their contrasting personalities, they must navigate various challenges, including corrupt officials and natural obstacles, to accomplish their mission.
