How long are the shipping times?

We offer a variety of shipping options that customers can choose from during checkout. Our handling time is usually 3 business days. The shipping options available are:

  • U-Packet – No Tracking: Estimated delivery within 30 to 36 days.
  • Registered Post – Limited Tracking: Estimated delivery within 30 to 36 days.
  • Economy Express Shipping: End-to-end tracking available, with delivery typically within 14-16 business days.
  • Express Mail: Full end-to-end tracking included, with delivery usually within 5-7 business days.

Although we estimate a delivery timeframe of 30 to 36 days, the majority of orders are typically delivered sooner based on our experience. However, please note that these shipping times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances. Our shipping options are regularly updated to ensure the best service possible.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost depends on the option you choose at checkout. You can select the option that best suits your needs during the checkout process. The rates are as follows:

  • Economy Express Shipping – End-to-end tracking: $28.99

Where do you ship from?

We ship from multiple locations, including the USA, Asia, and Europe. The shipping origin depends on the product and its availability, ensuring faster delivery to your location.

Do you ship to my country?

We normally ship worldwide, except for the following countries: South Asia, Russia, Ukraine, China, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Palestine, and Morocco. Do you provide tracking?

Tracking depends on the shipping option you selected. As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouses, you will be notified via email.

Why can't I find my order confirmation or shipping emails?

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically immediately after placing the order to the email used during the checkout process. Shipping confirmation emails are sent after your order leaves our warehouse.

If you cannot find one of these, it’s because:

  • Order has not been processed yet.
  • Emails went to your spam inbox, make sure you check there!
