Storyline!
Joe Boyd (played by Shenley McPherson), a long-suffering, middle-aged fan of the Washington Senators baseball team, who is frustrated by their constant losing streak. He desperately wishes for the team to win the American League pennant, but he is convinced that the Senators will never be able to achieve success on their own.
