Storyline!
The Treasure of the Sierra Madre 1948, Fred C. In 1925 Tampico, Mexico, Dobbs, and Bob Curtin meet a rogue prospector named Howard and decide to join him in search of gold in the jungles of central Mexico. With great difficulty, they eventually manage to find gold, but bandits, the elements, and above all, greed threaten to turn their success into disaster.
